02 Enquiry form
We process what you send us: name, company, e-mail, phone, area and message (for training also the number of participants). Purpose: handling your enquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and answering business communication (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep it while the enquiry is handled and at most 24 months afterwards unless a contract follows. To prevent abuse we store only a shortened, daily-rotating fingerprint of the IP address.
03 Visit statistics
The site measures traffic with its own tool, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. We record the page viewed, where you came from (e.g. Google, LinkedIn), country and city, device and browser type. We do not store the IP address — visitors are told apart only by a daily-rotating fingerprint that cannot be traced back to you. Records are deleted after 13 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04 Visiting organisation
From the IP address we find out which organisation owns the network you visit us from (e.g. a company, university or authority). For ordinary home and mobile connections only the internet provider is shown and nothing is stored. For this the IP address is passed to the ipapi.is service (processor); the result is remembered for 30 days under an encrypted fingerprint, not under the IP address. The information concerns an organisation, not a person. Legal basis: legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object at info@nes.sk.
05 Maps
The Contact page embeds Google Maps. When they are shown, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may use their cookies; Google’s privacy policy applies.
06 Recipients
The site, database and files run on Cloudflare infrastructure (EU/US under standard contractual clauses). E-mail notifications about enquiries are delivered by Resend. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
07 Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Write to us at info@nes.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
